Good Operators
Conversations with residential property managers who’ve built something worth studying.
At six hundred doors it stops working. At a thousand it breaks again. Nobody tells you how they got through it.
One guest per episode worth studying.
An operator, a vendor, a consultant. How they built it. What broke. The real numbers, and what it took. Plus one thing you could try in your own business on Monday.
This show is for residential property management owners and operators. If you manage properties for a living and want to know how other operators actually did it, this show is for you.
45 to 60 minutes. Primarily interviews with operators, co-hosted by Blake Mohseni and Tim Wehner.
Blake spent his career building process, systems, and technology for other industries. He’s the founder of Rising Tide, which acquires local property management companies and keeps them local.
Tim started as a part-time leasing assistant and finished as COO of a company that grew to roughly 7,000 units. He served as National President of NARPM in 2023. He brings the operator credential to every conversation.
