Dmitry builds the systems that make the model work. Blake started Rising Tide because he believes local operators should be able to reach real scale on their own terms.
Blake Mohseni
Founder
Blake founded Rising Tide to give strong independent operators a path to real scale while keeping their company local. He comes at property management from the systems and economics side, which means he’s direct about how these businesses actually make money, where the ceilings are, and how firms get valued. The goal is to be the honest answer an owner has been looking for.
Tim Wehner
Head of Acquisitions
Tim started in property management as a part-time leasing assistant in 2009 and finished as COO, having helped grow the company to roughly 7,000 units and 180 people before it was acquired. After that, he ran the integration team on about 25 acquisitions and watched what the first year actually does to a place. He was National President of NARPM in 2023. His job at Rising Tide is to find the right companies and tell an owner straight whether we are the right home for what they built.
Dmitry has 20 years of experience building document and workflow management systems for large enterprise customers in finance, healthcare, insurance, and government. He has a mathematics background, and four years ago started working actively with machine learning and AI, focusing on intelligent document processing and process automation. At Rising Tide he builds the systems that take repetitive work off a property management team's plate.
